This tea is a mellow tea that can be drank all day without causing drowsiness. There is no caffeine in this tea. For a well-balanced mental health, these herbs help to calm the mind and manage the stress of everyday life. When you are feeling a bit wound-up from everyday life, sit back and relax with this calming blend. This tea has a light mint flavor with a hint of floral.
